a. ASUS products are manufactured to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ASUS product, you can request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Once we have approved your request and received the product, we will refund you the full amount.
b. In accordance with relevant consumer legislation, goods that are not (1) may be of satisfactory quality; (2) be fit for purpose; or (3) as described, be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Please submit a ticket describing the problem with your device. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days and describe in detail how the goods were defective, damaged or materially different.
c. We may choose not to accept returns in certain situations, including, without limitation, the following circumstances:
i. Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, improper adjustment, normal wear and tear, or improper installation after purchase.

d. In all cases we will inspect the product (s) and verify any errors. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the devices must be in undamaged, 'new' condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is reasonably believed to be damaged or if any part is missing in its original packaging.
e. Visit MyOrder to drop off your return or contact ASUS Support Customer Service to request a return at https://estore.asus.com/uk/shopping-faqs#shopping-faq-title-4 . Without a verified return request by the customer, the returned package will be refused. Return requests cannot be canceled once they have reached "shipped" status.
f. Once you have issued the return yourself or contacted ASUS support:
i. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and are required to submit it. Print the RMA form and place it in the shipping package you are returning.
ii. All items from your original shipment, including appliances, accessories, gift boxes and documentation. Do not send additional add-ons such as your SIM card, covers, screen protectors or headphones that are not in the original packaging. If such items are accidentally shipped to us, we cannot return them.
iii. Make sure to back up your data before returning a device for service. You are responsible for the personal information stored in your phone - erase all personal and sensitive data on the device before sending it to ASUS. ASUS is not responsible for the disclosure of information remaining on the returned or repaired device.
iv. During maintenance, data stored on the device can be deleted and reformatted. ASUS is not responsible for and will not be responsible for the loss of any software programs, data, or other information located on or accessible through the product. Recovery and reinstallation of third party software programs, data and information are not covered under warranty.
